how joogi works.
What is joogi?
joogi is an platform that combines the normal crowdfunding you know, with auctions and rewards, to put people into homes that are completely debt-free. How do we do that exactly?
-
You work with others to crowdfund a home.
-
Once a home’s crowdfund reaches its funding target, it goes into an auction.
-
If you contributed to the crowdfund, you can bid in the auction.
-
You can only bid in the auction with in-app rewards called joogis.
-
The person who bid the highest in the auction with their joogi rewards wins the home.
-
You must be 18 or older to participate.
What are joogis?
-
Our company joogi has in-app rewards that we call joogis.
-
If you do not win an auction, you keep your joogis and can bid on the next home with them.

How do I refer friends?
-
When you are in the app, click on "settings," then "Invite Friends."
-
Type in your friends' email and we will send them a link to download joogi.
-
Once they contribute to a crowdfund, you get 101 joogis!
How do I earn joogis?
You earn joogis a few ways:
-
Sign up for the app.
-
Contribute to a crowdfund.
-
Refer your friends.
-
Collect your daily claims.
How do joogi crowdfunds work?
They work like the crowdfunding we all know. Here’s how:
-
Homes are posted into our marketplace and given a funding target.
-
You work with others to contribute to a home’s crowdfund.
-
There is a minimum and maximum amount that you can contribute to each crowdfund.
-
Once the home is fully funded to its target, it goes into an auction.

How do joogi auctions work?
-
Once a home is fully crowdfunded to its funding target price, it will go into an auction.
-
If you contributed to the crowdfund, you will be allowed into the auction to enter your bid.
-
You can only bid with your joogis.
-
The person with the highest joogi bid at the close of the auction wins the home; and your wallet will automatically be deducted the amount of joogis you bid to win the auction.
-
You can only win a home ONE TIME and then you are no longer eligible to be the winning bidder on another home.
What if I don’t win an auction?
-
It is important to understand that if you got joogis for participating in the crowdfunding, it doesn’t mean you will be successful in winning the auction for that home.
-
The good news is if you don’t win the auction, you get to keep your joogis for another auction.
What happens after I win an auction? What do I need to know about taking possession of the home I won in the auction?
-
The final Purchase Documents will be emailed to you for electronic signature. You must sign the purchase documents within one business day after they are sent to you.
-
You are responsible for taxes, HOA fees, and all of the rest of the costs of being a homeowner.
-
You now own a home, debt-free!
