A home is added to the marketplace, and the community comes together to fund it.

earn joogis

Collect rewards, or “joogis,” by completing everyday tasks: check-ins, referrals, contributions, and more.

bid with joogis

Once funded, the home moves to a blind auction where anyone who contributed to the crowdfund can bid using only their joogis.

own a debt-free home

The home goes to the person with the highest joogi bid, completely debt-free.
